We now do three (3) backups per day, at 05:00 AM, 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM US Pacific Time.

We store back-up data for thirty (30) days. There is a standard charge of one hour for any backup restoration, billable by credit card.

System Integrations

Corporate Org Data to jTask Pulse Rest API

As part of setting up jTask Pulse, your company’s organizational employee data (org data) needs to be loaded into the application, so all modules in jTask Pulse can access it.

Organizational employee data that is loaded is information such as employee ID, name, email and manager, location and customer specific data. No passwords, personal details, performance data or salary details are ever loaded into jTask Pulse.

The benefits of the jTask Pulse REST API automation

  • Higher performance and an automated solution
  • Improved user productivity: reduced errors, reduced training and faster updates
  • Greater security for your Org Data than emailing and uploading spreadsheets from individual computers to jTask Pulse
  • Support for JSON and XML

jTask Pulse to Learning Management System (LMS)

jTask Pulse can support all major Learning Management Systems (LMS) by building a custom data extract from jTask Pulse back-end to automate importing student course mapping or course description data to your LMS.

You can also import training completions from your LMS into jTask Pulse to track Project Go-live Readiness.

jTask Pulse and Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms

jTask Pulse can support Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms applications such as Tableau and Looker. By building a custom data extract from jTask Pulse back-end, jTask Pulse Customers can build charts on their Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms.
An alternate approach is to embed the Business Intelligence charts in jTask Pulse.
